The evening of music and food was organised by Tuntun cafe and their friends

Sahana Bajpaie , awarded at the UK Parliament "The Bengal's Pride Award" 2018 for her contribution to Arts and Culture, was brought up and trained in Rabindrasangeet and Bengali Baul Songs in Santiniketan. She now travels the world singing and collaborating with musicians from different countries, and has published five critically acclaimed studio albums.

Samantak Sinha, an independent singer-songwriter from India, has studied Music and Sound Production in London as a Charles Wallace India Trust Arts Scholar. Samantak has been consistently writing, performing and publishing music independently and collaborating with musicians in the UK and in India.

Tuntuns cafe is highly regarded in the Brighton area and is very much part of the community. Their delicious South Asian food is popular with locals and visitors to the town. As well as cooking tasty healthy food, they also hold community events, music concerts and gatherings. They are also known for their work supporting schools in Bangladesh.
